  32. Not our fault!  The Internet has problems from time to time -- you lucky
  33. folks in Canada might not realize it, but most of the USA has been
  34. engulfed in a terrible heat wave for the past three weeks, which is causing
  35. even worse problems than occasional Internet disruptions :-)

  40. No, there is presently no official mirror site.  We have no control over
  41. what other sites do, so you take your chances with them.  That is not to
  42. say that none of them does a good job, only that we simply do not know
  43. and don't have the time to research it, nor to keep up with it on a daily
  44. basis, which is what would be required.
